Lights Out, North Korea!
Check out this image of the Korean peninsula at night. Because North Korea is so short on electricity, the entire country (except the capital Pyongyang, where Kim Jong Il lives) is shut off at night. I guess about 99% of their budget goes into their nuclear program.
