8:00 p.m. – I’m watching the State of the Union on Fox because American Idol was on before it. What, no more fake auditions?
Shepherd Smith, the anchor famous for this, is hosting, along with Fox News’ Chris Wallace. For some reason, they’re on the top of a building in Washington, in the cold.

Before the State of the Union tnoight (our very own White House correspondent, Aaron Robertson, has you covered), George Bush’s approval ratings have sunk to new heights of lowness.
Sixty-five percent of those surveyed said they disapprove of how Bush is handling his job as president while 33 percent approve. The rating matches Bush’s career low in a May 2006 poll.
So, to do the math, one out of three people say they they approve of the job Bush is doing. Let me ask the following question: What is it? …
