As per Jay Glazer, Fox’s best football reporter, Brett Favre will play football for the Green Bay Packers in 2007, making the announcement to try and steal some of the Bears’ thunder.

The Senate voted to pass a minimum wage bill 94-3 yesterday in what has been a hotly contested proposition on both sides. The bill calls for an increase of the minimum wage from $5.15 to $7.25 in three steps.
On the plus side, the bill also calls for $8 billion dollar tax cuts for small businesses, following the traditional Republican lines that minimum wage hikes only serve to hurt the little people.
Why am I against this bill?  Because although it would be nice to have the lowest possible wages in America …
