Although I’ve made a lot of points about Global Warming and how phoney it might be, it’s always good to hear that we pollute less anyway.
It’s being reported that the U.S. actually dropped carbon dioxide emissions in 2006, which coincided with a cooler climate over the winter.
While this was happening, the U.S. economy grew by 3.3 percent, which means this is the first time that carbon dioxide went down and the economy grew since the last Republican was in office. I say that, but it wasn’t Bush. According …

For a woman who was once willing to camp outside of Dubya’s Crawford, TX ranch in order to talk to him, this is pretty unexpected.
Cindy Sheehan, the California mother who became an anti-war leader after her son was killed in Iraq, declared Monday she was walking away from the peace movement.
She said her son died “for nothing.”
Interestingly, she wrote online that she’s fed up with the inability of Democratic politicians to bring an end to the war. What, doesn’t she know about their whole “bleed the troops dry” thing? Sure, …
