Richie McRicherton Mitt Romney is saying he’ll decline the President’s salary if elected, in an obvious attempt to seem humble in the face of his status as the richest presidential candidate around.
Well, technically he’d accept the salary and then donate it to charity.  You know what this means?  Vote for Romney, or else you hate orphans!
It’s a nice gesture, of course, but come on.  If a Democrat said something like this, I’d admonish it as an obvious attempt at buying more votes.  As a candidate with a ton of obstacles …
