One annoying thing about us conservatives is that we’re obsessed with labelling things “patriotic” or “unpatriotic.”  Sure, it’s important, but it’s so overused that it basically becomes a meaningless way to express your dislike for a Democrat.
Sure, many Democrats hate themselves, their offspring, and their parents – so it’s no wonder they hate their home country.  But conservatives over-emphasize this “patriot” label as if being a “patriot” suddenly makes your opinions credible.
